Megarezky University (Unimerz) hosted the implementation of Technical Guidance (Bimtek) activities for preparing KKNI/OBE-based curriculum and preparing LAM INFOKOM accreditation documentation by the Management of the Association of Informatics and Computer Universities (APTIKOM) of South Sulawesi Province (Sulsel).
This Bimtek activity will be held for two days, namely 15-16 February 2023, in the Meeting Room of the Megarezky Health Polytechnic, Jl. Antang Raya No.45, Makassar City.
Also present at the opening of the Bimtek curriculum and LAM INFOKOM accreditation documentation were the Chancellor of Unimerz, represented by Deputy Chancellor II of Megarezky University; Vice Chancellor II Unimerz, Dr. Drs. Abdul Rahman., S.Pd., MM., M.Pd, Chair of the Bimtek Committee; Dr. I.T. Ir. Supriadi Sahibu, S.Kom., MT, Chair of APTIKOM South Sulawesi; Jufri, S.Kom., MT, and 79 participants from 25 private and state universities.
In his report, Dr. I.T. Ir. Supriadi Sahibu, S.Kom., MT as Chair of the Technical Guidance Committee expressed his gratitude to the Mega Rezky Islamic Education Foundation (YPI) and the Chancellor of Megarezky University for providing full support, so that this activity could be carried out well.
"Thank you to the Foundation and the Chancellor of Megarezky University who have provided full support in implementing this curriculum guidance and accreditation documentation. "It is important to know that this activity is very important in improving the quality of education in higher education, especially in the computer field," said the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science (Fikom) Megarezky University, Wednesday (15/2/2023).
"Our target by holding this activity is to support computer science study programs in the Eastern Indonesia region to become better, at least accredited Very Good," he added.
In line with that, the Chairman of APTIKOM South Sulawesi; Jufri, S.Kom., MT also expressed his gratitude to Megarezky University for providing space for the implementation of curriculum and accreditation guidance and technology.
"I am very grateful to Megarezky who has given us space to carry out our activities, the place is very good. This activity is very important, both for the curriculum and accreditation. We hope that the presenters we present can provide the best for the participants who attend. "We also hope that the participants will be able to discuss with each other the curriculum that applies at each university," he explained.
Meanwhile, in his speech, Vice Chancellor II Unimerz, Dr. Drs. Abdul Rahman., S.Pd., MM., M.Pd hopes that the Bimtek activities organized by APTIKOM can be held smoothly.
"We hope that this activity will run smoothly. Bimtek is very important, especially a curriculum based on KKNI/OBE, because there are still many of us who don't really understand the curriculum. "Hopefully, during the implementation of Bimtek, we will all discuss more regarding the KKNI/OBE-based curriculum and LAM INFOKOM accreditation documentation," he concluded.
