The Student Activity Unit (UKM) of the English Community of Megarezky (E-Comer) of Megarezky University (Unimerz) is holding English Camp activities at Somba Opu Fort, which will take place on 14-16 October 2022.
The aim of holding this English Camp is to improve the English communication skills of students at Megarezky University.
In his statement, Muhamad Yahrif, S.Pd.I., M.Pd as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of E-Comer, said that English Camp is an annual routine activity held by UKM E-Comer, involving Unimerz students from across faculties and study programs.
"This activity (English Camp) is routinely held every year, and participants are attended by all students from across faculties and study programs. This year, there were 75 participants taking part in the English Camp, consisting of 35 participants from across faculties and study programs at Megarezky University. "Meanwhile, the committee consists of 15 people, 10 instructors, 10 alumni and 5 lecturers," he explained to Unimerz Press Personnel via WhatsApp, Saturday (15/10/2022).
"Through this English Camp activity, E-COMER members are expected to be able to improve their soft skills, especially in English communication as a global language," hoped the E-Comer Board of Trustees.
Meanwhile, Sebastianus Torino Shandri as President of E-Comer also hopes that holding the English Camp can improve the English language skills of Unimerz students.
"Hopefully the participants who take part in this English Camp activity can help them develop their English language skills or abilities both in their academics and in the world of work," he hoped.
