The Reproductive Health Masters (S2) study program (Prodi) held a Vision, Mission, Goals, Targets (VMTS) Workshop as well as a Workshop, in the Megarezky Polytechnic Meeting Room, Friday (16/12/2022).
The VMTS and Workshop was also attended directly by the Chancellor of Unimerz, Prof. Dr. Dr. Ali Aspar Mappahya, Sp.PD.,PD.,Sp,IP(K), Deputy Chancellor I for Academic Affairs, Dr. NS. Julia Fitria Ningsih, S.Kep., M.Kes., M.Kep, Vice Chancellor II Unimerz, Dr. Drs. Abdul Rahman., S.Pd., MM., M.Pd, Resource Person, Prof. Dr. Drg. H.Andi Zulkifli Abdullah., M.Kes, Head of the Reproductive Health Master's Study Program, Dr. Rika Handayani, SKM., M.Kes and lecturers from Unimerz.
In his opening, the Chancellor of Unimerz, Prof. Dr. Dr. Ali Aspar Mappahya, Sp.PD., PD., Sp, IP(K), expressed his gratitude for Prof.'s willingness. Dr. Drg. H.Andi Zulkifli Abdullah., M.Kes as resource person at the VMTS Workshop.
"I would like to thank Prof. Dr. Drg. H.Andi Zulkifli Abdullah., M.Kes who was willing to be a resource person at this VMTS Workshop. "This activity is a vision and mission workshop as well as a workshop for the Reproductive Health master's study program at Megarezky University," he said.
“Hopefully in the future, what you dream of can be realized. "I congratulate you on taking part in today's workshop, I hope it will be useful for us to carry out our study assignments for the Master of Reproductive Health," he hoped.
Meanwhile, in his presentation, Prof. Dr. Drg. H.Andi Zulkifli Abdullah., M.Kes said that the VMTS workshop is four short words, but requires time and a long process.
"Vision, mission, goals, objectives (VMTS) are four short words, but it takes time and a long process to discuss them," he said.
Not only that, he also explained the essence of preparing and mastering an ideal VMTS.
"The essence of preparing and mastering VMTS is a good starting point, readiness to manage study programs, optimal processes, creating a culture of quality, accelerating change, meeting stakeholder needs and anticipation," he explained.
“The key is how we can develop the vision and mission that we have. "If everything goes well, it will produce optimal results," he said.
