The D3 and D4 Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM) study programs (prodi) at the Faculty of Health Technology, Megarezky University (Unimerz) successfully held a Webinar and Expert Lecture via zoom meeting, on Saturday (22/7/2023).
This activity with the theme 'The Role of ATLM in Toxicological Examinations' presented Sr. Ummy Mardiana R, M.Si (Lecturer at Bakti Tunas Husada University) and Usman, S.Si., M.Kes (South Sulawesi Branch Regional Police Forensic Laboratory) as resource persons. Both are experts in clinical toxicology and forensic toxicology.
In his statement, Prof.Dr.dra.Asnah Marsuki, M.Si as Dean of the Faculty of Health Technology at Unimerz said that this activity was held to discuss matters related to toxicology examinations.
"We raised a theme related to toxicological examination because toxicology is a mandatory competency that must be mastered by a TLM student or ATLM candidate, so this webinar can broaden students' insight into updating examination methods in the field of toxicology. "Apart from that, it can increase the pass rate of students in the toxicology competency exam," he said.
For information, this activity was also attended by all lecturers and students of D3 and D4 Medical Laboratory Technology at Megarezky University.
