First visit to Sulawesi Island, Indonesia, Health Economics Expert of Pharmacist from Mahidol University Thailand, Prof. Dr. Professor Arthorn Reiwpaiboon admitted that he was amazed by the Megarezky University campus.
He stated this directly when he was a speaker at the International Guest Lecture with the theme 'Health Economics for Hospital Management' which took place at Megarezky University Hall, on Saturday (17/6/2023).
"This is my first time visiting Sulawesi, previously I visited several regions in Indonesia, but this is my first time in Sulawesi. "And I really appreciate the welcome of the people in Sulawesi, especially on this campus (Unimerz), because they have given me an extraordinary welcome," he said with emotion.
"I am also very impressed with the achievements of the Megarezky University campus, because it turns out that it is not yet 20 years old and is still very young, but it already has many study programs, many students and of course the presence of postgraduates, especially the Master of Pharmacy study program. "Honestly, I admit that I was very impressed when I toured the campus, the students were very active and enjoyed their learning process, the campus environment was comfortable, I asked a student and he was very happy on this campus," he added.

Not only that, Professor Dr. Arthorn Reiwpaiboon also hopes that in the future, Mahidol University and Unimerz can continue to collaborate in the academic field.
"In my opinion, Unimerz can produce a lot of human resources who are very useful for this country. I hope we can have many academic collaborations in the future between Mahidol and unimerz. "I also express my gratitude to Unimerz, for inviting me to visit and learn about Sulawesi, especially Makassar," hoped the Professor of Health Economics of Pharmacist from Mahidol University Thailand.
So that when I return later I can tell my colleagues on campus how the people of Makassar, especially the academic community at Unimerz, hosted me as a guest and hopefully in the future our relationship can be even closer in terms of collaboration and so on. There are many things we can do together in the future between Mahidol University and Unimerz. "This is the first step that will bring something big in the future for both universities," he said.
For information, while in Makassar City Professor Dr. Arthorn Reiwpaiboon was invited by the Unimerz Tour Guide to see the natural beauty in South Sulawesi, one of which is the Kampoeng Karst Rammang-Rammang Nature Tourism in Pangkep while enjoying young coconut ice. Not only that, he was also invited to enjoy several typical Makassar City food treats, one of which was Sop Brother.
