The Indonesian Muslim University service team collaborates with Megarezky University Service Lecturers to increase the capacity of the health cadre group and the Bukit Kemuning Youth Organization group to make Pucak Village, Tompobulu District, Maros a healthy village, a center for maternal and child health education based on the integration of virtual reality technology systems and diversification of processed products. Moringa leaves through Assisted Village Empowerment (PDB) activities. This activity will be carried out for 4 days, namely 22-25 July 2023.
This PDB activity was carried out by the Service Team consisting of Dr. Yusriani, SKM., M.Kes, (Lecturer at the Faculty of Public Health, UMI), Dr. Rika Handayani, SKM., M.Kes (Lecturer at Megarezky University Postgraduate Program), Dr. Dr. H. Muh. Khidri Alwi, M.Kes (Lecturer at the Faculty of Public Health, UMI), Dr. Ir. Ida Rosada, M.Si (Lecturer at the Faculty of Agriculture, UMI), and expert lecturer in computer science, Mr. Ir. Syahrul Mubarak Abdullah, M.Kom (Lecturer at the UMI Computer Faculty).
Tank only involves lecturers, this activity also collaborates with alumni and students from the Bachelor of Public Health Program, Master of Public Health students and Bachelor of Computer Science students at the Indonesian Muslim University who partnered with the Health Cadre Group and the Bukit Kemuning Karang Taruna Group to create Pucak Village which is chaired by Saharia as a cadre and Fathurrahman as the Bukit Kemuning Youth Organization, Pucak Village.
In his statement, Dr. Yusriani, SKM., M.Kes, as Head of the service team, this GDP activity received Funding Assistance from the Directorate of Research, Technology and Community Service. Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, Technology. Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in 2023 and has been socialized to the government and the community, the Health Cadre Group and the Karang Taruna Bukit Kemuning Group to create Pucak Village, Tompobulu District, Maros Regency.
The GDP activity was attended by 40 people who were members of the Health Cadre Group and the Bukit Kemuning Karang Taruna Group, Pucak Village. The enthusiasm of the GDP participants was very high because this program was the first activity that could improve the welfare and health of the Pucak village community, especially in preventing and overcoming stunting cases.
The first day was a presentation of material regarding the profile and health problems experienced by partners, delivered directly by the Head of the Indonesian Muslim University Service Team who has experience as a facilitator and mentor for various service activities.

In his statement, Team Leader Dr. Yusriani, SKM, M.Kes that maternal and child health is still a major public health problem in Indonesia, especially in rural areas.
"Pucak village is one of the villages supported by the Indonesian Muslim University in Tompobulu District, Maros Regency which has many problems in the fields of Education and Maternal and Child Health. "The maternal and child health (KIA) program, especially providing health education in Pucak Village, has not been running well, so stunting cases have increased," he said.
Pucak village also has potential human resources such as cadres and youth organizations, and natural resources produced from Moringa plants which are very abundant and grow abundantly in people's land/yards.
The PKM team member is Dr. Dr. H. Muh. Khidri Alwi, M.Kes discussed Stunting Prevention and Management through Lecture, Discussion and Practice methods. So that through this activity the knowledge, attitudes and skills of the Health Cadre Group and the Bukit Kemuning Youth Organization Group in Pucak Village can be further improved.
Dr. Rika Handayani (Unimerz Lecturer) presented material on assessing nutritional status through lecture methods, discussions, and practice on measuring and assessing nutritional status.
Meanwhile Dr. Ir. Ida Rosada, M.Si discussed the benefits of Moringa leaves through Lecture, Discussion and Practice methods. So that partners' understanding of the use of Moringa leaves increases.
"During GDP activities, the practice of processing Moringa leaves into panada stuffed with Moringa leaves is carried out. Diversification of Processed Moringa Leaf Products is an innovation that can prevent stunting, because Moringa leaves contain high nutrients," he explained.
"This practice is expected to complement the capacity of local communities in taking steps to prevent stunting by using Moringa leaves which grow widely around the local community. Babies and children during their growth period are recommended by the World Health Organization or WHO to consume Moringa leaves. "Comparative grams of Moringa leaves contain: 7 x vitamin C in oranges, 4 x calcium in milk, 4 x vitamin A in carrots, 2x the protein in milk, 3x the potassium in bananas," he concluded.
Apart from that, Ir. Syahrul Mubarak Abdullah, M.Kom presented material on the use of VR (Virtual Reality) in carrying out the process of maternal and child health education.

Not only that, Abdul Razak as the Head of Pucak Village explained that the Local Community's Highly Expected Village Empowerment Program (PDB) was because this activity was being held for the first time in our Village, so that it was able to increase the community's capacity to live healthily and process Moringa Leaves. for Stunting Prevention.
In this GDP activity, the service team also handed over virtual reality technology tools, handed over tools and materials for processing Moringa leaves into new food products such as panada stuffed with Moringa leaves, and handed over tools for measuring and assessing the nutritional status of children under five.

"Through this GDP activity, it has an impact on increasing the knowledge, skills and services of village communities so that partners are able to be actively involved in sharpening the direction of village development planning policies which are focused on creating a Healthy and Prosperous Village," he said.
