The Nurses professional education study program, Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery (FKK) Megarezky University (Unimerz) held an online international expert lecture (International Webinar) by presenting speakers from Nareswan University Thailand, whose activities were centered in the Meeting Room of the rectorate of Megarezky University, Wednesday (21/12 /2022).

This activity was held with the theme 'Home care Technology Based service: A Community Nursing implementation'. The speaker at the meeting was L Assist Prof. Dr. Sanglar Polnok and Irwansyah, S.Kep., MSN.

There were around 300 webinar participants who joined via Zoom from Unimerz students and Nareswan University Thailand students which took place from PKL 08.30 – 12.00 WITA online.

For your information, those attending the international webinar were the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery (FKK), deputy Deans, Chairs and Secretaries of Study Programs, as well as Lecturers/Staff of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery.

In his speech, Deputy Dean II FKK, Irwansyah said that this international webinar activity is a routine activity every semester, as well as introducing at the international level that Megarezky is a large campus in South Sulawesi.

"In fact, throughout Indonesia, with a large student population and many study programs/faculties, we invite Naresuan University Thailand to join in several subsequent programs such as student exchanges, lecturers, research and several other events," he said.

Meanwhile, in a separate place, when we met him in his room, the Head of the Nursing Professional Education Study Program, Sudirman Efendi, said that this International Guest Lecture was a manifestation of the Tri Darma of higher education which was routinely held every semester.

"Apart from that, this activity is one of the study program's strategic steps to prepare for next year's Reaccreditation plan needs in the hope of achieving the maximum possible accreditation results," he said.
