BUSINESS LAW BARGAIN PROFILE
The Business Law Study Program is one of the new study programs established by Megarezky University. This Business Law Study Program is under the auspices of the Faculty of Law. It is said to be unique, because this Business Law study program is the first legal study program with a business concentration in the Eastern Indonesia Region. At Unimerz, Business Law study program students will be met with young, competent and professional teaching staff in this field. Apart from that, the Business Law Study program at Unimerz has also collaborated with several legal agencies in the South Sulawesi region.
VISION
To become a study program capable of producing moral law graduates, concentrating on technology-based Corporate Law who are able to be nationally competitive by 2034.
MISSION
- Organizing Business Law Education with a concentration on Corporate Law.
- Carrying out business law research with a concentration on Corporate Law.
- Organizing community service with a concentration on Corporate Law.
- Establishing collaboration with related agencies, in order to develop practical skills in the field of Business Law with a concentration on Corporate Law.
- Organizing SPMI-based study program governance.
OBJECTIVE
- Producing Law Graduates (SH) who have insight and practical abilities in the application of law in the field of Corporate Law.
- Producing Law graduates (SH) who are able to carry out legal research, concentrating on Corporate Law.
- Producing Law Graduates (SH) who are able to apply and fight for the principles of justice, certainty and usefulness of law in society.
- Producing Law graduates (SH) who are able to compete in the world of work.
- Produce a SPMI-based quality culture in study program governance.
