In the context of Makassar's 415th anniversary, lecturers and students of the Digital Business and Entrepreneurship Study Program at Megarezky University (Unimerz) Makassar carried out Community Service activities at Lorong 310, Mattoanging Village, Mariso District, Makassar City, Wednesday (9/11/2022).

A total of 12 lecturers and students were involved in this activity.

Secretary of the Digital Business Study Program Ifah Finatry Latiep said this activity aims to strengthen entrepreneurial and digital business literacy among alley-based small and micro businesses.

"Of course, this is also a form of Megarezky's support for the Makassar City Government program in developing Lorong UKM," said Ifah.

He explained that this activity involving lecturers and students was part of assisting UKM players as a form of community service which is part of the tridharma, as well as providing experience for students to process in the community.

"So learning digital business and entrepreneurship is not enough just with the material received in the classroom, but also in the field," he said.

The people who attended this activity were very enthusiastic and hoped that activities like this would be sustainable with the UKM development program from Megarezky University.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Digital Business Studies Study Program, Ahmad Farhan, and the Head of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Mariani Alimuddin, admitted that they supported the activities carried out by their lecturers.

In this activity, the Megarezky Makassar Islamic Education Foundation also distributed basic necessities to the MSME participants who attended.
