The Megarezky University Quality Assurance Institute again provides understanding and refreshment in preparing SPMI documents at the University, Faculty and Study Program levels, especially for new Study Programs that do not yet have SPMI documents. For this reason, LPM includes all UNIMERZ study programs and especially new study programs, such as information systems study programs, entrepreneurship study programs and digital business study programs, which are required to take part in the Technical Guidance activities for Preparing SPM Tools and their Support which are organized by the Indonesian Islamic University (UII) in the Development Program Internal Quality Assurance System. This Bimtek activity was attended by 12 UII partner universities, namely:

This activity will last for 2 (two) days, namely Saturday 10 September 2022 and Sunday 11 September 2022, which is included in the mentoring program stage 3 of Training on Preparing SPM Tools and Supporting Tools, where the material is the SPM Dikti Policy and Preparing SPM Core Documents.
The first day's material is: Techniques for preparing SPM documents, namely Quality Policy Documents, Quality Manuals, Standards and Forms,
The materials for the second day are: Internal Quality Audit Management Techniques, Practices for preparing Academic and Non-Academic Audit instruments, and Practices for preparing Survey instruments and Practices for Managing survey data.
Even though this technical guidance activity was carried out online, participants were still enthusiastic about taking part in the activity from 08.30 to 16.30 WITA.
The results of this activity are expected to be that study programs can evaluate existing SPMI documents and specifically for new study programs that do not yet have SPMI documents, they can prepare SPMI documents for their study programs.
