Technical Guidance on the Implementation of Professional Standards for Health Workers for the D-III Cardiovascular Engineering study program at Megarezky University (Unimerz) and the D-III Blood Bank Technology study program at Megarezky Health Polytechnic (Polimerz) by the Indonesian Health Workers Council, in the Unimerz Meeting Room, on Monday ( 11/27/2023).

This activity was held to synchronize the process of preparing health workers with health employment or synchronization between health education and health shipping.

The aim of this technical guidance activity is to provide technical guidance to selected health sector universities in synchronizing professional standards with higher education standards in the health sector at universities and the curriculum in their respective study programs.

Also present at this activity were the Dean of the Unimerz Faculty of Health Technology (Fatelkes), Deputy Dean 1 of Fatelkes, Head of the Cardiovascular Engineering Study Program, Director of Polimerz, Head of the Blood Bank Technology Study Program, lecturers/staff, and a team from the Indonesian Health Personnel Council.

In his speech, Prof.Dr.Dra.apt.Hj Asnah Marzuki, M.Si as Dean of the Unimerz Faculty of Health Technology hoped that this technical guidance activity could bring significant changes, of course for the D-III Cardiovascular Engineering study program in the future.

"Hopefully this technical guidance activity can run smoothly, and of course it can bring significant changes to our study program. "And of course the suggestions given can be a reference for us at Unimerz, especially in improving the curriculum in the future," he said.

Meanwhile, in her speech, Elise Garmelia, AMd. Perkes., S.Sos., M.Si., Ph.D as Deputy Chair of the Medical Engineering Council, revealed that this activity was also a moment to equalize perceptions of the educational curriculum.

"The output is that we want to have the same vision and perception of the curriculum that will be implemented in each study program. The point is that today we will have a discussion. Before that, the study program should first explain the curriculum that is still being used, then if there are any additions, suggestions will be given later. "We will equalize the perception of the curriculum," he explained.
