AIPNI is the Association of Indonesian Nurse Education Institutions. This organization is in the form of an association whose members are nursing higher education institutions. AIPNI has a vision of becoming an educational institution that is oriented towards meeting community needs, developing technology and nursing science through implementing a nursing education process with a global perspective.

AIPNI's goal is to empower every nursing educational institution to become an education provider that can produce nurses who are equally qualified, have high dignity and are beneficial to society.

AIPNI's annual agenda for conducting evaluations and sharing between universities is the Annual Meeting of Members (RTA). The Annual Member Meeting activities will be held on Friday-Saturday, 10 -11 November 2022 at the Grand City Hall Hotel in Medan City.

This activity carries the theme of improving the quality of learning and graduates through the implementation of MBKM and strengthening cooperation. As a member of the AIPNI Nursing Professional Education Study Program, Megarezky University was present and contributed to the 2022 Annual Member Meeting (RTA) activities.

Current National Issues: Transformation by the Ministry of Health, namely Primary Services, Secondary Services, Health Security System, Health Financing, Health Human Resources.

Freedom of Learning according to NADIEM MAKARIM Giving freedom and autonomy to educational institutions, and freedom from bureaucratization, lecturers are freed from complicated bureaucracy, and students are given the freedom to choose the fields they like.

The aim of the Merdeka Belajar policy – Merdeka Campus program 'right to study for three semesters outside the study program' is to improve the competence of graduates, both soft skills and hard skills, so that they are better prepared and relevant to the needs of the times, prepare graduates as superior future leaders of the nation and personality.

It is hoped that experiential learning programs with flexible pathways will facilitate students to develop their potential according to their passion and talent.

This activity was attended by the Head of the AIPNI Center, Agus Setiawan., S.Kp., MN, DN (University of Indonesia). In his presentation of the material, AIPNI's strategy for implementing MBKM is forming a preparation team, developing MBKM implementation guidelines, outreach to institutions through the region, building collaborative networks between members, developing institutional capacity through strengthening and mentoring, encouraging studies related to MBKM implementation, and carrying out implementation advocacy in institution.

In this RTA activity, the launch and socialization of the MBKM guide and OSCE Implementation Guide and Collaboration Evaluation were also carried out which will become a guide for nursing higher education institutions in Indonesia in the future.

The implementation of MBKM takes the form of adjusting the IKU of universities, faculties and study programs, giving students the opportunity to take courses outside the study program: MA RIK (15 credits) and MA elective, adjusting learning methods, developing platforms such as the Center for Independent Learning, developing MOOCs, strengthening collaboration , utilizing grants from the Ministry of Education and Culture for Research and Technology and involving students in lecturer research to empower research clusters.

Learning activities include student exchanges, internships, Humanitarian Projects, entrepreneurship, teaching assistance, independent projects, research and village building.

The Nursing Professional Education Study Program sent Deputy Dean I for Academic and Student Affairs Syaiful, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep and also the Secretary of AIPNI REG

"As a follow-up, we will carry out RTA outreach and dissemination to the Nursing and Midwifery Faculty of Megarezky University's Nursing Professional Education Study Program," he concluded.
