Megarezky University (Unimerz) held a workshop on developing an independent learning information system for the Merdeka Campus (MBKM) for the entire academic community, in the Unimerz Rectorate meeting room, on Saturday (18/11/2023).

This activity was held as proof of commitment to improving the quality of graduates according to competency in supporting the independent campus program.

In this activity, Unimerz collaborated with PT Sentra Vidya Utama (Sevima) as an information system developer who presented speakers namely Wahidedi Agustiono, S.Kom., MSc, pH.D.

In his remarks, Deputy Chancellor 1 for Academic Affairs at Megarezky University, Dr. NS. Julia Fitria Ningsih, S.Kep., M.Kes., M.Kep said that Unimerz's commitment is to continue to improve the achievements of the main indicators (IKU), namely how students carry out activities outside campus, the number of lecturers as practitioners and increasing case project-based learning.

"In the last 2 years, Unimerz has implemented MBKM in non-health study programs, both in internship activities organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture and MBKM carried out independently with partners. "However, everything lacks data collection, especially the monitoring and evaluation system is not good enough, because the MBKM information system is still done manually," he said.

"Thus, through this workshop, Unimerz is then required to have an integrated Siakad and PDDIKTI neofeeder information system so that it is very easy for the entire community to carry out MBKM activities and heads of study programs, faculties and universities can carry out well integrated monitoring," he added.

For information, this activity was also attended by students and lecturers as well as faculty leaders and study program heads, both offline and online via zoom meeting.
