The Megarezky University Postgraduate Program (Unimerz) held new student admission activities and a public lecture, in the Unimerz Postgraduate Meeting Room, on Saturday (23/9/2023).
This hybrid public lecture was held with the theme 'Forming a competitive, creative and innovative entrepreneurial spirit in the Digital Era'.
Also present at this activity were, Unimerz Postgraduate Director; Prof. Dr. Anwar Ramli, SE, M.Si, Deputy Director of Postgraduate Unimerz; Dr. Rika Handayani, SKM., M.Kes, Unimerz Postgraduate KPS, Postgraduate Lecturers, as well as all new Postgraduate students class of 2023 Odd.
The resource person for this activity was Prof. Dr. Chalid Imran Musa, M.Sc.
In his remarks, Unimerz Postgraduate Director; Prof. Dr. Anwar Ramli, SE, M.Si said that this activity was carried out routinely. In fact, he said, this was the second time Postgraduate held a public lecture welcoming new Postgraduate students.
"This activity is carried out routinely, this is the second time, where the students have been there for two periods. "I also want to reveal that the number of Postgraduates to date is more than 110 who have student status and have Student Identification Numbers," he said.
"To this day, there are still some who have registered, but there are still problems with the Dikti application registration data. These problems were discovered by the admissions agency, which is the Unimerz agency that handles new student admissions. So we at Unimerz don't just accept students, but we also look at the origins of the students, whether they were previously registered with Dikti or not. "If not, it will be automatically rejected by the registration system at Megarezky University," he added.
Meanwhile, in his presentation, Prof. Dr. Chalid Imran Musa, M.Sc. said that his presence was not to provide lecture material, but rather to share experiences with each other.
"My presence here does not mean to lecture, but rather to share knowledge and experiences, especially those related to the theme raised today, namely how to form a competitive, creative and innovative entrepreneurial spirit in the Digital Era," he concluded.
