Students from the Diploma 4 Study Program in Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM) at the Faculty of Health Technology, Megarezky University (Unimerz) succeeded in winning two championships in the National Olympiad in Medical Laboratory Technology (ONTEL) 2.0, namely winning the poster and LKTI competitions.

This activity was organized by the Medical Laboratory Technology Student Association (Himatelmed) Dr. University. Soebandui ONTEL 2.0 with the theme 'creativity of the nation's children on Health issues in the Era of Globalization'.

In his statement, Dr. Nirmawati Angria, S.Sc., M.Kes as Head of the TLM Unimerz D4 Study Program said that she had sent representatives from Megarezky University for all competition categories, and all of them entered the grand final stage.

"There were three competitions held, namely LKTI, Essay and poster. And representatives from Megarezky University took part in the entire competition, even all the teams entered the grand final. "And thank God, at the time of the announcement, 2 teams in 2 competition events managed to win," he said, Tuesday (18/7/2023).

"The 2nd place winner in the poster competition is Elshinta Latuheru and the 3rd place winner in LKTI is Apriani Allosius Sarombu and Gerlin Demaris Lekatompessy," he added.

Not only that, he also hopes that the championship achievement will not only stop there, but can be developed in the future.

"This is a motivation for all our students, so that they can bring a good name to the department and campus in competitions at local, national or international levels," he hoped.

For information, recently D4 TM Unimerz students also succeeded in winning 2 championships at the 2023 National Lab In Action event.
