The Commissariat Management Board (DPK) of the Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI) of Megarezky University was officially formed, on Saturday (17/2/2023), to coincide with the Deliberation of Members of the Commissariat for the Formation of the PPNI DPK of Megarezky University.

Also involved and contributing to the formation of the Unimerz PPNI DPK were the PPNI South Sulawesi DPW, Makassar City PPNI DPD, the Megarezky Islamic Education Foundation, the Unimerz Chancellor, the Unimerz Nursing and Midwifery Faculty and the Unimerz Nursing Professional Education Study Program.

This activity was attended directly by the Chairman of the Makassar City PPNI DPD; Dr. H. Hamzah Tasa, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes., M.Kep together with his staff at the same time opened deliberation activities to collaborate until the election of the First Chairman of the PPNI DPK, Megarezky University.

In his speech, Head of the Nursing Professional Education Study Program Sudirman Efendi, S.Kep., Ns, M.Kep said that the PPNI Megarezky DPK was formed as a forum for alumni of the Nursing profession within the Unimerz scope.

"The PPNI Megarezky DPK is something that is expected to be formed soon so that it becomes a forum for alumni of the Nursing Profession, especially within the scope of Megarezky University," he said.

In line with that, the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, represented in this case by Deputy Dean I Syaiful, S.Kep, Ns., M.Kep, said that the formation of the PPNI DPK would be history in the future.

"This is the right time for the birth of the PPNI Megarezky University DPK, humans who live without history are humans who lose time," he said.

Apart from that, this activity was attended by the Deputy Chancellor I of Megarezky University, Mrs. Dr. Julia Fitrianingish, S., Kep, Ns., M.Kes., M.Kep

"It is a matter of pride for UNIMERZ with the formation of the DPK PPNI organization because this will be something new and will make Unimerz proud in the future."

Starting with the appointment of the Chairperson of the Commissariat Deliberation Session, namely Chairperson Ayu Lestari, S.Kp., M.Kep, Member 1 by the DPD PPNI Makassar City Yulianto M, S.Kep., Ns., M. Kep and Member 2 Agus Purwadi, S .Kep., Ns. All processes have been gone through, starting from determining the schedule of events, MUSKOM's rules and regulations to determining the candidate for Chairman of the DPK.

By acclamation, the Chairman of the DPK PPNI Megarezky University, namely Imran Pashar, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep, was elected and was appointed directly by the chairman of the DPD PPNI Makassar City. This is a new task that will be carried out to make the name of the Nursing Profession proud.

Congratulations to the elected chairman with a term of office 2023 – 2028. Hopefully the formation of the PPNI DPK Megarezky University will provide many benefits and give birth to ideas and work that will make the nursing profession proud.
